We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

** Because of shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Becuase of shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
I strive to give you a very clear picture of what you will be getting, like being able to zoom into images for a closer look at details, providing a way for you to preview your photo on one of our wall templates, a 360-degree viewing tool so you can view your print or other gift product from all angles and even a Live Preview AR tool that allows you to see what your photo will look like on your wall. So, I have to insist that all sales are final. Of course, I want to make sure everything gets to you just right, so if your prints or gift items arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me with your order number and I will do my best to make things right.Can I cancel my order?
All print sales are final. But if your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to make thigns right.
How long does it take to process a refund?
While all sales are final, there may be situations where I decided you deserve a refund notwithstanding the policy. In those instances, processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
How do I return my package?
If you're granted a refund in the rare instances where I make an exception, be it a refund or replacement, please contact me here.

WHY DOESN'T MY PRINT LOOK LIKE IT DOES ON THE WEBSITE?
Your print won't look exactly the same as what you see on the web or on social media. A backlit screen is much brighter than ambient light reflecting off of a paper print. That's why museums and art galleries have multiple lights pointing at photographs and art work. While I use a professinonal monitor that's calibrated for printing to make sure that your item prints accurate colors and tones, your monitor may not show the same view that I get. I suggest hanging prints in a well lit area of your home.
ARE PRINTS READY TO FRAME?
Yes, if you opt to purchase a print with the various framing and display optins that I offer, they come ready to hang. Here are the options:
• You can order just the print and take care of moutning or framing it yourself. This option is called "Just the Print - Borderless." It doesn't come with a mat or any other border around the paper.
• You can order your print with a Gatorfoam backing which makes framing easier. With a proportional white boader, prints using this option look good with or without addtional matting.
• If you choose Gatorfoam with mounting blocks, you don't need a frame. The print come ready to hang. It has two Gatorfoam blocks mounted to the back to hang the print and make it float about 1/2" off the wall, making for a simple, modern display.
• Acrylic, Canvas, Metal and Wood print arrive ready to hang.
